  • C'est combien ? – How much is it? (Very common in informal or daily market contexts)
  • Combien ça coûte ? – How much does that cost? (Standard and polite everywhere)
  • Quel est le prix de cet article ? – What is the price of this item? (Slightly more formal)

These two words are famous false friends for English speakers visiting stores:
